Has anyone done a clerkship mid career? I did private practice about 7 years and have had a federal career clerkship for the past 5. However, the lack of growth opportunities and flexibility is starting to get to me. My judge will retire long before me, and I’m worried about staying in the role too long and having less opportunities for the future. I’m considering going part time at a firm so I can be more available to my kids after school. Anyone who’s been in a similar situation have advice?

My brother is a b.com graduate(2020 passed out) and looking for a job.
The problem here is because Finance jobs requires exceptional skills and academics due to which he is not able to get shortlisted for most job interview screening, he is receiving interview calls from great companies but not able to convert them.
