Does anyone struggle to have friendship with guys? I have a colleague who I chat/laugh easily with and who asks to hang out, but I worry because in the past I’ve constantly had guys approach me with friendship (which I genuinely want), but upon hanging out, it would seem they want more/would start flirting/try to make a move. And when I say I’m not interested, the friendship dies off. I genuinely just want friendship & it actually hurts when the dynamic changes so sharply. How to avoid this?

I have an approved H1B transfer petition on 6/15/20 (changing status from F1 post MBA). Law firm claims to not have received my approval notice and start date is 7/20/20. Can I start on receipt?
