I set up a simple, visual tracker (like Trello or a spreadsheet) to quickly see the status of each role and prioritize by urgency and business impact. And if it's truly impossible in my view, or if I’m stretched thin, I let them know upfront what the timeline realistically looks like and ask them to help with must-have criteria.

Best way to fill a role is understand what they hiring managers want and be a stickler not wasting time with people that don’t fit culture, skill or pay.

That means your experience is key. Scoping out a resume is key and leverage referrals that have been vetted by trusted employees.

Hi All, My sister has done Computer Science engineering Bachelor degree and has 5 years of work experience in India. How can I break a habit? I tend to subconsciously reach for the TV every time I get a meal. Watching TV makes me eat mindlessly (and more than I’d like to), and I also now feel hungry if I watch TV during non-meal times. Have tried to be more conscious about it but it’s so hard
