Which major companies are open to 100% remote? I don’t want to leave Philly but want to go in house

Recommendations for firms to look into in South FL? I'm in Ft. Lauderdale but am open to Boca or Miami. I'm a first year associate in ID (coverage issues) but really would prefer transactional work. More importantly though, I'm looking for companies who pay relatively well (doesn't necessarily have to be market), are open to remote/hybrid work, aren't sweatshops. I'd settle for insurance work if theres good WLB & $$$ lol

I've got some friends who work remote jobs, and every day I grow more jealous of them during my one-hour commute.

I’m so tired of US companies hiring remote Canadian employees offering to pay a fraction of the price for the same role.

This is consistent across the majority of the tech companies. While I am looking to exit consulting, don’t want to be paid 50% of what my colleagues would be making across the border.

How many days a week, if any, are your agencies expecting you to come into the office? (Either now or the near future)

Joining a big firm next week as fully remote lateral and flying out to home office for orientation. The schedule has me in office until 4:15. I’ve already been told I won’t have any actual work. Depending on how many people are there and how it feels, I was planning to stay an hour extra but should I hang around the office until later? First time visiting this city so it’d be great to take in some sights too (although that’s not a priority of course).

I know I will get hated by saying this. Do you think gay pride events are portraying a bad image about our community to public? I was a Manager at a Big4 doing PM fed work earlier this year. I decided to join a small firm to pursue cloud sales. However, the position is extremely technical in nature and I'm required to speak tech ( kubernetes, openshift, CICD) to potential clients.
While I have learned from the exposure, I dont intend to continue in a tech role & looking to exit. I'm thinking of Customer/ Partner Success Manager roles with one of the CSPs. Are there other non tech cloud exit opps in industry to consider?
