Yes, I've used it multiple times.
I found it works well, no real side effects other than the delayed period might be slightly heavier.
Also, I found out if you mistake them for your allergy pill and accidentally take them when you don't mean to, you'll get your period 3 days after you take the last one.
Yes, total reset on the timing.
I’m also interested in this as my wedding is coming up and also I have horrible period pains!
I took this birth control continuously to avoid getting my period for years as part of endometriosis management. You should be fine to skip the placebo pills and start your next pack to avoid getting your period

This is just a risk because it could take a few cycles for it to successfully skip. You would have to try a few months in advance.
What if you don’t take birth control?
I used it - it works well, the only thing of note was that impacted maybe 2-3 periods afterwards. I am usually very regular (27 days) and after I skipped it, it took a few cycles to get back on track (30-35 days then slowly back to 27).
Hm ok so that's not what I meant. I agree with SM1 that it resets your cycle but what I said before was that for the first couple of months the cycle was longer than my usual.
So if usually get it on the 1st week of the month, I took the pill then delayed it to the 3rd; following month it was the 4th week, then it was 3.5week... then it returned to the normal 27 day cycle.
Literally the last thing I expected to see today on fb
Why?

In my religion, many women need to delay periods. I don’t know about this pill specifically, but our weddings rely on women not getting their periods so it’s SUPER commonly used and effective.

It depends on what you take and how your body reacts, I would ask a GYN before popping this if you want to be sure.
