Do you know of ad agencies that allow you to work remote full time from another country?

i feel incompetent because i struggle with working from home and only really feel productive in an office setting

Has anyone had their LCA location updated so they can work from a different remote work location than their home office city? Did your firm take care of the process for you?

Has anyone here participated in the year long remote year program? My company is fully remote in the US and is in general supportive of me going but concerned about local and international tax liability. Remote year doesn’t share tax advice and our HR team is small. Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.
