Has reaching out to someone in HR of the agency or brand you want to work for ever helped you land a gig? There are a few agencies on my list, and I've actively been reaching out to the folks in HR.. but no luck. What actually moves the needle?

Reaching out to the HR department wouldn't seem to accomplish anything. If you're going to approach a place cold, you at least need to do some research and find out who does the hiring. For creatives there's not much chance anyone in HR would be making the decision.

Everything helps but getting to know hiring managers is ideal. Or networking with department leads. hR is a solid strategy so you’re in their pipeline tho in my opinion

Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated
