I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.

Is it SAFE joining Wipro as technical lead (B3) with 37LPA? Knowing that package is pretty high as compared to collogues in same band. HR is not ready to give project manager(C1) position.

Do you regularly lose clients to conflicts?
Well that’s just silly. Ours takes a while to actually “open” once we get the notice of a new case coming down the pipe from the insurance company. But once conflicts clear within a day or two the claim is uploaded and it’s been entered into all the systems including our time software. But until then we can’t actually do and record any time.
I’m about to lose some because partner asked me to do an emergency project last week and said she’d get a file opened and send me the number. Never did before leaving for her vacation so I can’t get credit for those 9 hours. I’m currently 22 hours from hitting bonus so I’m going to raise hell if I can’t count those 9 hours.

If they count next month, then I wouldn’t care? Not really following the issue. Do you have monthly requirements?

At my firm, we just put them in after the fact when the matter gets open and it’s exempt from the entry release requirements (weekly at my firm). It’s not a big deal unless you need them for your bonus, in which case, sure, drop the partner a note.
