Does anyone use blue light glasses? Do they help? I get headaches almost every day and I’m sure it’s because I’m glued to the screen all day. Wondering how to alleviate them without popping 4 ibuprofens a day.

Lol are you me? But seriously yes I do use them. Took me a while to get used to it - since I don’t wear glasses at all - but I normally put them on after a couple hours of working and have noticed an improvement, where by the end of day I’m not popping ibuprofen like candy. Also, exercising and drinking a lot of water really helps with that too 👍🏼

I use blue light glasses and also adjust the light on my screen to be at nighttime/yellow

Here’s what worked for me to get rid of those headaches:

- blue light glasses
- drink lots of water
- 3 quick workouts weekly
- 15min of sunlight in your eyes each day
- and get at least 7 hours of sleep each night

You got this!

I just purchased some for the same reasons as you’re describing. They’ve curbed my headaches! I went the expensive route (stupidly) and purchased some from Felix gray. I love them! I’m sure the $10 glasses on Amazon do the same thing 🙃

like

Been using them over a year and haven’t had headaches at work since. I am a big believer

Yes! I love them. I have several cheap pairs lying around. My eyes don’t get nearly as tired as they used to.

I'm a huge fan of them. I wear prescription glasses anyway, and always order them with blue light blocking. I've suffered from migraines ever since I was a kid, and these really help cut down on those triggered from eye strain.

I got my eyes check to update my prescription, use bluelight glasses, and spent 2 months regularly going to the chiropractor to fix a neck issue to finally kick the daily headaches

I made a mistake. I talked with the ex this morning. He said he misses me. And that while he walk talking to the other woman, he wished he was talking to me instead. And when he saw that I didn’t respond to his texts, he drank a shit ton. And then called this morning.

He’s not willing to commit to the other women because he’s not over me.

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency? Maybe I’m just out of touch being in this career for so long.
