Need some inputs, may 3rd I had tp1 - cleared the round,may 8th had tp2 - cleared dat too, HR called next week and told will check for projects, but now when I'm following up,they are telling the role for which I got selected is in hold,how many days will it take to get clarification from them.is it really worth waiting? IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

I've been working at this company for about 3.5 weeks now. Its been great so far.

We have an org chart in our dashboard ATS/HRIS and so I clicked on my first day buddies name just for fun.

I was able to see her entire employee file..even her address. I was really freaked out and I went to another profile and the same thing happened, I was able to see this person's emergency contact. Is this fucking normal? Should I say something and will I get in trouble for looking at a colleagues file?
