Hello All,

Was anyone able to successfully renegotiate with the TMUS HRs after accepting the offer ?

TMUS offered 40% hike on fixed.. Now, I am getting 75% hike on fixed from another company..

I still have 5 weeks left for the joining date.

Any experiences ? Do they revise ?

I accepted the offer already.. been 2 weeks.

They already matched what I had, during the HR round.

Will they revise now ?

I can share on DM. But, one suggestion is, I felt TMUS HRs are a bit hard to deal with.. They were not even letting me speak up and talk something.. 😶 Even this 40% hike, they sent something of their choice... I never said ok to it..

I also got an offer and as everything is dealt by Ansr you can negotiate.

Were you able to negotiate successfully?
If yes did they match the other offer?

I want to leave my captive company. I don’t think I am ready to be totally on my own even with a cluster group etc. There is an option to be subcontractor in another independent company. I can write she said like 300 companies in many states, it would be helpful because I have many friends out of state. Is taking 25% of sales for giving CRM and companies too much? Seems like a lot. It is like “owning your book” but I assume I would pay a high price if I want to totally manage myself in a futu

Throughout my career, I have worked at both “traditional” and “digital” shops. My current agency would fall under traditional but also offers digital services. Our process, roles and skillsets seem way outdated but I wasn’t sure if it was just my opinion or if this is just how it works. For example, we have no CTO or tech leads. Our digital producers feel more like project managers than actual producers. Account Management is just traditional, no real digital knowledge. Feels layered and dated.
