Could someone help me with how much I can ask during HR discussion and the designation I'm eligible for in TCS?

Is it really unrealistic to expect a raise in this current economic climate? Review period is coming up in July, and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by not asking for a raise.

But in 29 of nov show two status in ibegin current and previous status in current it show resume is shotlisted and previous it show evaluation in progress.what it mean?

When can I expect a call from tcs hr for HR discussion.after technical i got mail to upload the documents in the portal for initiating offer.

In ibegin the date of joining is showing as dec4th sunday. Actual date of joining is 5th December (Monday) anyone know why it is showing like this .

What is the process of getting ID card. I have already sent employee ID and Date of joining on mentioned mail ID which HR gave.
And I have recieved SMS also for laptop. We cant pic up laptop without ID card ?

I was told I will get HR call.Then on 11th sept i got onboarding email to submit documents and the next day all the documents got verified but since then I didn't get any update and it has been more than two weeks.Ibegin portal shows evaluation in progress. Hi Fishes, Had salary discussion today with TCS HR but he stated that he would seek approval and approval takes 8 days for my expected CTC and for the designation, so is there any hope that they will offer or it's a waste of time waiting for them
