What do you do to increase the chance of your content going viral?

Has anyone considered making the move to the corporate world? I work in admin for my nonprofit right now so I make a decent amount (53k) my benefits are unbeatable. PTO & sick time PLUS self care days. Flexibility. Etc. the one thing we’re lacking is structure and honestly im burnt out and overwhelmed with my work load and I know I could be getting paid around 10-15k more for similar work. Anyone gone to corporate and regretted it? Loved it?

I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

Duties would have me responsible for a small team of research nurses as well as other managerial duties for the department. What is the correct path to obtain entry level positions in clinical research. My background is in health sciences and work experience has been 3 years as a clinical lab scientist. Currently working as a QC reviewer, and had lab analyst experience in Vaccine Science and Immunochemistry. Anybody have any experience, transitioning from a CRO to a Fed level science/ auditing related job?

Hi I have 5+ yrs of bedside clinical research nurse experience and have been trying to pivot to the CRO world. I have applied to over 40+ positions and keep getting rejected. I have reformatted my resume to ATS but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Why is it so hard to get into the CRO industry and why is my hospital experience not translating? Thanks
