I work in the CRO space and worked at 3 CROs. It might be the roles you’re applying for, clinical research associate might be a route or try something in patient recruitment engagement. It also may be helpful to go through recruiters who can provide feedback on how to better “sell” your experience and advocate for you to the CROs. Bedside health care is different than clinical research as it’s a mix of treating the patient making sure they are safe but also heavily budgeting, management, and relationships with sites and clients. Hope this helps!
I used Barringtonjames for recruitment and had great luck. The guy who helped me was David Hercho, very nice and worked placing me where the best fit was. I’d contact them and tell them your experience/ what you’d like to transition into and see if they have any roles that fit! Good luck on interviews
