Three Months back, I gave interview for Infy and got selected after that I got one offer from another company with very good pay so, I have to tell infy that I will not be joining. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS. If I reject the offer now, will they black mark my profile by not allowing me to join in future. Also, what I can tell them for offer rejection. Thanks.

Pros and cons of taking a class year cut? Partner sees my potential and that there’s an actual evolution but I’m not there yet in terms of experience compared to my peers so he told me to at least consider a class year cut. I have 3 yrs WX. Tier 2 BTech college. Working as Data Scientist 2. CTC is 35L with base 22LPA.

I want to move towards Product Manager or Data Science Manager roles by 2025.

Will master's degree help me move in that direction?
If yes, should I quit my job and pursue a fulltime 1.5 year MS US or 2 year MBA? wrt MBA CAT makes it unpredictable and wrt MS, US Market is very unpredictable right now.
