I’m an SA2 going to leave before I make manager so I can buy stocks when bear markets hits in next 6-24 months, anyone have the same thought?

Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?

What are some great hotels downtown (near the Common) for an anniversary weekend? Especially with regard to their upgraded suites.

Are there any affordable studios in Seaport (~$3000)? I don’t need amenities or anything. I just want to be within a mile of my office (near Shake Shack).

I am currently working as analytics professional. Some of the work included but not limited to are Insights generation, root cause analysis, creation and maintenance of data pipeline for owned charters and projects.

Regularly used tools are SQL (Hive, Trino, MSSQL), python, dashboarding tool.
