Hi Folks,

I will be joining IBM on 1st of March as Advisory Consultant ( Band 7A). What is the average percentage of variable Bonus can I expect in IBM. And do they roll out the variable pay yearly or twice a year.

Currently an Advisory Consultant at Deloitte for 1.6 years post college graduation making 75k. Got an offer from Booz Allen Hamilton for Analytics role as a SC for 96.5k.

Advice for growth and or if the offer is worth taking? I get the salary increase is nice, but the network jump going from Big4 to non.

I am a second year Advisory consultant working at Deloitte. I got an offer to laterally jump ship to Grant Thornton for a 20k salary bump (33%) all while remote and option for another raise if I am asked to relocate to SoCal. Thoughts?

Situation: My current client is a tier-1 banking client, they have approached me to do the exact same work which I’m doing for them now.

Issue: They are offering me contract to hire role. I haven’t worked as a contractor anywhere so not sure how i feel about job security especially under current situation. But they are offering 68/hr wages (around 140k pre-tax)
