Hello folks,

I have 2 offers, one from BNP Paribas offers 17.5 LPA (fixed + bonus on top of that) for Senior Software Engineer and the other one is Comcast offers 19 LPA (including variable pay) for Development Engineer 3.

My YOE is 5.5 and the tech stack is Java with Springboot and AWS. Please suggest which one I can choose. From my pov, both the companies seem to be good.

How is BNP Paribas as a company for a senior BA with yoe 6 years ? Heard a lot about good WLB , but also got to know that yearly hikes are not good enough. Are all this factor depends on your team which I will be joining ? Is it worth choosing BNP Paribas over Big4 like PwC and EY ?

I worked 2m for startup company and absconded due to bitter experience from Jun'21 - July'21 , later immediately joined to another company Aug'21 to present(under notice period). Now I got offer with comcast and will moving on Jan'23. I'm bit worried because I don't have releiving letter for those 2m but all other records are clear with me(includes to company I'm currently serving notice period). I yet to reveal this 2m to my Hr.
