Well I finally had a person interview last week, after 1 year and 900 applied positions.
What angered me is a senior interviewing manager asked me, "How many more years do you want to work, 5?"......
How did he know I was 60 years old, and what gives him the right to possibly age discriminate me from the manager position?
I would love to hear your thoughts on his question to me.
I hope you all are having better luck than me, as after one year, I am feeling defeated....

I'm glad people can order things online and get them the next day; but it makes my job harder because a lot of the people in my company don't see that we just don't have the infrastructure for that kind of operation, so they need to order it BEFORE they need it the next day
