SAP labs - 29.04fixed + 3.96vpp + 1.5sign on bonus.

BSH home appliances - 31.17 fixed + 3.4vpp

Can you suggest which offer looks better and I am not sure about the yearly growth also. work wise the role mostly same, it's kind of senior developer.

If I negotiate will sap match the other offer?

How far should I negotiate the following offer?

YoE: 13.5 years
Offer: 52L fixed + 8L bonus
Role: Member of Technical Staff
Current CTC: 31L fixed + 3L bonus

I joined a company yesterday. I got another offer the next day from a very good company.
The joined company has not shipped the laptop yet. Just onboarding calls are over. Can I abscond and join with a new offer? What are your suggestions? I really want to join a new offer as it's a good company.
