How much should I target for a salary as a Senior Creative Strategist in tech? I am based in Canada with 8+ years leading marketing strategies and campaigns

Strategist in Miami, FL. 1 year and 7 months of experience in total, & at my current company.

Trying to figure out what my salary should be. Started as an intern, hired as a junior, and promoted to strategist this past February.

I have an MS in mass comms. What salary would you ask expect to be compensated with? 5 months in current title.

What’s the salary range for a senior consultant coming in as a technology strategist at Deloitte? Recruiter told me I should be receiving an offer letter for $120k soon. I have 7 yrs professional experience (3.5 Fed consulting and 1.5 doing IC work). I have a TS/SCI with CI Poly and I can’t help but think $120k is low. Curious to hear thoughts of others.

I just received a promo from jr to mid level strategist after 2 yrs, 3 months. Previous to that, I was in account for 2 years. When I made the jump to strategy, salary stayed the same. Now, with this promo, I'm making about the same as I did as a jr strategist with OT (now as mid lvl I wouldn't get OT). Is it normal for a Jr Strategist to be the only Strategist on a project? I’m on a small team strapped for time/resources and 8 times out of 10 in this position, most of the time without any strategic oversight (unless I express needing help/support). I pull a lot of weight and my work gets great feedback from the Account team/clients - I can’t help but think that maybe I’m being taken advantage of by being paid a Jr salary
