How is job security in PwC India?
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

It sounds like you have a lot of valuable experience. If you haven’t already, you might want to check out the job referral and job openings bowls—you could find some potential leads there.
Hello, thank you. I’ve already reviewed everything and sent out many applications.
The problem is that HR is very slow — a simple response can take up to a month.
Another issue is that during interviews, many HR representatives don’t understand my experience or how relevant it is.
It’s frustrating when someone who doesn’t understand the field is making decisions about whether I move forward or not.
I agree that attitude and professionalism matter, but when it comes to evaluating experience, it should be done by someone who understands it.
Sometimes I answer their questions clearly, and they still say, “I don’t really understand this.”
And this happens in big companies too.

Your background is strong and honestly pretty impressive. If you’re not getting traction, it might be about how your experience is being presented rather than the experience itself. Procurement and supply chain skills are valuable, but some companies miss it unless it’s framed very clearly. Hope the right people see this.
Hello, thank you. But I have already changed and sent my resume several times, and every time someone couldn’t find something or something was missing. You can’t adjust to everyone. Often the problem is in HR.
