Unfortunately it’s turned out to be a total bust: the company “paused” all M&A activity about 6 months ago and I’ve just been doing BS Strategy / Ops work since then. I’m deciding if I want to go back to IB, or try for a better Corp Dev role. In general, do you guys think that Corp Dev roles are kinda bullshit, or are there good Corp Dev roles out there? I really hate not being a revenue-generating employee like I was in IB
