Googling ADHD today (I’m having a distracted day) and super frustrated because I’m realizing that I was likely misdiagnosed as depressed for years. I was taking SSRIs and dealing with awful side effects while I struggled for so long. I finally got an official diagnosis about 10 years ago but was never taught the symptoms or how to manage them. Found you tube channel ADDitutde magazine. Several really good presentations with recent developments Thought I’d share.

I work in sales as a coordinator and do a bunch of paperwork with customers online. I LOVE PEOPLE but dread going to work everyday (wfh 3x a week) because the environment is toxic. Just here to say I’m so thankful we have this safe space. People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent!
