I would love this bowls input on the exit opportunity.
Current: Deloitte Tech Consulting, SC with manager promo extremely likely next year, 155k base, 20-30k bonus
Exit opp: Small T2 Ops group, Manager,180k base, 30-70k bonus, growing practice

T2 benefits are slightly worse, WLB will be worse, but likely more interesting work.

Take the money and run right?

Current project is very chill and management likes me/gives good reviews but I’m not challenged and do not lead others. I’ve considered switching projects to go up early (SC year2). I am six weeks pregnant, first pregnancy at 33. The other reason I wonder about going up early is that I’m not sure I want to be going up during year3 after being out on maternity leave and life drastically changing. I started my professional career late so feel like I’m playing catch-up too, any advice? Thanks!

Neither firm has given me any sense of potential comp range yet as discussions are early. I’m trying to get an idea of what might be reasonable before I invest a lot more time continuing to talk with them. Anyone with insight they can share?

Just got an offer from a growing private company for an FP&A analyst role. 2 YOE at Big 4 plus CPA. They offered 75K plus decent benefits. No 401K currently (told its in the works for 2021) or bonus. Its their final offer. It’s a MCOL. I like the people I’ve met but the only thing holding me back is I feel like I should be making at least 80K plus a bonus. Do y’all think the offer is reasonable?
