Current: Deloitte Tech Consulting, SC with manager promo extremely likely next year, 155k base, 20-30k bonus
Exit opp: Small T2 Ops group, Manager,180k base, 30-70k bonus, growing practice

T2 benefits are slightly worse, WLB will be worse, but likely more interesting work.

Take the money and run right?

Current project is very chill and management likes me/gives good reviews but I’m not challenged and do not lead others. I’ve considered switching projects to go up early (SC year2). I am six weeks pregnant, first pregnancy at 33. The other reason I wonder about going up early is that I’m not sure I want to be going up during year3 after being out on maternity leave and life drastically changing. I started my professional career late so feel like I’m playing catch-up too, any advice? Thanks!

Base: 97K, 4.5 years YOE
Pros: good WLB, 401k 6% matching, 15% ESPP, good colleagues

New offer:
Base:120k /Tech Strategy and analytics senior consultant /No sign on bonus
Pros: more base salary/strategy role
Cons: more likely less WLB/more stress/ no 401k matching right away and no ESPP

Hello fishes, I currently work for one of Deloitte's Asian member firms and recently received an offer to move to their London office.

Supply Chain offering, Senior Consultant level. 65k base + 5k benefits. I have 3.5 years of experience in the same offering with Deloitte. Can I push for 70k base?

Currently at 3-4 YoE at a midsize, lower tier consulting firm as a SC focused in healthcare. I have two job offers with roughly the same TC at other more well known consulting firms. The position at Company A is focused within healthcare and aligns with my experience. Company B is more strategy and advisory focused and isn’t industry specific. Interested in getting others perspective here. Senior consultant but received an offer in healthcare industry for more money and an upgraded title. TC for the offer is about a 25% increase, with the base being higher than my current TC. Currently working on a high profile client and have a decent chance of being promoted to manager next year but will probably go through hell this year to get it and it’s not a sure thing.
