Is an MBA worth it? Currently an SC within M&A, without MBA and all my SMs/PPMDs say I am performing as an M and should go up for promo early. Once I make M I no longer qualify for MBA reimbursement

Just hit two years and still a consultant. I have unbelievable flexibility and autonomy so not mad. What are the benefits to being an SC? not seeing much other than flexing and a small salary bump.

Going up for “early” promo to M after 2 years as SC (considered early since I do not have an MBA). Was on maternity leave so technically 1.5 yrs but have great track record in M role...

As an SC going for Manager who wanted to jump ship, would you consider another Big4? If so, which one has comparable benefits and better work-life balance (I know, I know that’s probably unrealistic)?
