Hello TCS folks, my tentative doj is 2nd June. I got an automated call asking me if I would join on same date, pre-pone it, post-pone it or not join. I selected post-pone it. It said I would receive a call from HR for new doj. What is the process to officially change doj?

My current CTC was 11.27 LPA with LWD on 28th Feb in Wipro and I am expecting 20 LPA from TCS
My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Can someone please tell me in detail about the child care long term sabbatical leave at tcs?
What is the process, for how long and until what age of the child can it be availed?
