Hello Testing folks,

My manager is telling me to automate defects which are logged by customers and I don’t want to work on that as each defect is related to different functionality and Many of these issues occur due to specific data conditions at the customer end, which may not be replicable in a test environment. How can I request my manager that I can’t work on this ?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA?
