What’s a reasonable bonus % as a Audit Manager?

Help! What is the market salary rate for internal audit advisory for a regional firm in NYC for a senior? I’m currently paid 80k at EY in NYC and not sure how much increase is reasonable :(

If your bank compensated in you in something other than a cash or equity bonus that is roughly equivlant to the value you're expecting this year, what would you want it to be and why?

KPMG folks -- getting headhunted at your firm at a likely heavy Manager (M3/M4) or at a SM level (SM1). What comp to expect in NYC?

What is the avg. salary for a Senior and ACD copywriter in Chicago?

I don’t care what your title or position is, take 5 minutes to learn how to use PowerPoint, keynote, google slides or whatever presentation tool you are using at a basic level. If a presentation specialist or graphic designer has already created the deck, respect their time, use common sense and follow the rules established.

And for the art directors that have to concept, comp, do deck design and then clean it up again and again, major respect as well.

Landed a good offer from a company but I think I can do better. Asked for a signing bonus but they refused. Got a similar offer from a company I am not as excited about and I am using it as a leverage but still refused. What else I can do?

Thinking about going to my current manager and ask him to match the offer and if so come back with that to the current recruiter.

Any more ideas?

Realistic base comp and signing bonus for an experienced hire BCG Principal?

Having trouble navigating salary for a top end plaintiffs law firm salary for senior associate position (2012 grad). Mainly handling class actions and MDLs. I’ve only been in single events practice so it’s a whole new world salary wise. Any suggestions so as to what to ask for to not low ball myself? Thanks in advance!

Salary negotiations just started for me at a company that I’ve been through four interview rounds with. I gave them a pretty broad bracket I’d like my salary to fall in, and they came back with an offer including a base salary of the bottom value of the bracket. Thoughts on how I should respond?

I have 8 years of accounting experience, the first 5 in public accounting. Last year I got a promotion from senior to manager. I was extremely disappointed with my raise last year, I went from 90k to 100k. I expressed that disappointment at the time I was told, but I sucked it up.

Today I was given my 2021 salary. I got a 50% raise to 150k. I am over the moon. I basically the Controller now, finally paid what I want to make.
