Recently, I was given a PME despite there being no valid performance data or documented justification to support it. The process appears highly questionable and unfair, and I am now seriously considering pursuing a legal route regarding the matter.

There is no point in wasting your time by exploring legal route. It has been rare that an employee has won case against any organization. You will be ripped off your hard earned money. They are more powerful than you and can hire better lawyers than you can afford.This company has become so toxic and low class. They will simply give PME to those whom they want to exit so that they can bring in their own people at the same role. They cant give NME directly as they know that you have worked and contributed so they choose the option of PME. Also in calibration meetings one scapegoat is selected who is not favorite of any leader and he or she is given PME. Same practice is quite common in OneApp, OneAI. The leaders can get promoted every year , get 130 percent variables but the juniors are given bad rating so that they do not move ahead and keep slogging. This company is a circus with some VPs and DoEs as the ring master.

Raise concern over glassdoor if everyone does it will bring change in orgsnizational level

Today (13th Feb 2022) Sunday is my last working date .Actually In Employee separation portal everything completed.Full and final settlement showing as Agent Clearance.I tried contacting HR but there is no response from them.My joining date in another company is tomorrow.So will it create any problem.Which date will be mentioned in my relieving letter either today or tomorrow.Helpline also down.WHAT EXACTLY I SHOULD DO NOW.Can anyone suggest?
