Hey all,
I would be starting to look out for Flats in few weeks. It would be my first time staying in Flat since I stayed in PG earlier.

What would be the pros / cons of staying independently in 1 BHK/ 1 RK vs sharing a 2 bhk / 3 bhk with flatmates?

Well pros of living independently are quiet obvious. Cons are all the responsibility will lie solely on your head. You forgot to get grocery there will be no food on the table. No shareable expense like internet, maid cooking gas, electricity will now be shared. You have to pay it alone and remember to pay it on time. It also gets quite lonely sometimes. Cons of staying with people is you have to adjust quite a lot not everything will happen on your will. There can be fights as well if you stay with stubborn people or people who are opposite to your nature. You may also have to pay for things you would not want in the house sometimes.

If you want complete privacy go for 1bhk or 1 RK. I have been living alone for 7 years. Recently I have realised it was a stupid decision I have made. If you're moving to a new flat there will be nothing you have to get everything which is expensive (a lot of small stuff like cooking stuff ,cleaning stuff ,gas, bed etc). Moving all of this stuff is a real pain once you decide to move out).

Instead of that you get a 2 bhk /3 bhk fully furnished flat. Search for roommates online you will definitely get some people. No liabilities. Tell them about the privacy things and your preference at first. Hire a maid, share high speed wifi, you will get all the amenities. Maintenance fees also will be shared. Believe me if you do the math, shared properties are always best. You will get a specious living room and kitchen and attached washroom independent balcony. It's worth it. No hassle. No need to get any stuff. You can just walk out whenever you want .Also you can have premium food at low cost.

Got 6 lakh jump in HCL with technical specialist role ? wanted to know how HCL is doing with regards to SAP projects? I heard it has more Support Projects, is it true? I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? Once resources completes all his deliverables being 9 hours infront of laptop is still mandatory?

Hi fishes,
My LWD is 18th July and I chose vendor pickup for my assets(expected pickup is 10th July).
Is there any limitation or chances of facing issues on Not having laptop with me(for other exit clearances).

Can someone explain how billable hours work? At a new agency and although I had to fill timesheets at my previous agencies, they were mainly used to ensure we weren’t over servicing a client/for setting the appropriate retainer for contract renewals. I asked ppl at my agency but haven’t gotten a proper explanation. I get the impression that billing to the agency admin code isn’t recommended, and my manager said he bills everything to client codes, but that doesn’t make sense to me .
