Canva as a decent, yet limited selection of free music you can check out. Sometimes I will also check out pixabey or see what royalty free options Google has these days.

It's an area deserving of some of your budget if you have one to begin with. If not, good stuff can be found on Pixabay but give everything a full listen before using it. Some of it has very weird edits.

Starting a new job at Applied Materials on Monday as a Manufacturing Engineer III. I’ve been out of college for 5 years and all of my work experience till now has been in R&D for start ups and small businesses . So not only is this a new experience for me going into such a large company but also a industry (semiconductors). I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.

I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter.
