Will I burn the bridge if I negotiated an offer for a month but eventually turned it down?

Looking for a job as a sales support rep or account manager for a remote SaaS position. I have 3 years experience working as a Sales Support Specialist for a construction design software company. Seeking a base compensation of 80k+. Any referrals are helpful 😀

Is it common to negotiate software engineer salary at smaller companies? I know it’s common at FAANG, but what about for companies with around 200 engineers? I have a counter offer from my current company and on-site interviews scheduled for end of July with google and Amazon, but I’d prefer to go with the smaller local company if I can negotiate the salary (from offer letter) up another 5% or so.

What is the salary range in Technology consulting with 3 years experience in a small company moving into one of the Big 4s with work location in NYC ? The position is Senior 1 , there are 3 positions within senior level Senior 1,2&3.

YOE - 2.2
Gartner - 16LPA
Dunnhumby - 15 fixed + 1.5 Joining bonus+ 10% variable
Fractal - 13.5 LPA

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. My peer has more experience so I expect that but I feel that I should be paid more, however I don’t want to leave a bad impression… any advice?
