I have 4 yoe and got released from my previous organisation due to lack of internal opportunities. after that I started job hunting and now I have 2 offers in hand. my previous ctc was 10.5 lakhs(9.6 fixed).

1) 12 fix + 2 lakhs joining bonus from HashedIn by Deloitte
2) 14 fix + 2 lakhs annual bonus from kpmg

Can someone guide me on how to negotiate? I am looking for 15 fixed atleast.
