What should be the salary range for Oracle Cloud SCON, 9 YOE, Tier-2 MBA?
Currently 25LPA after recent hike, but looks like it's low.

I've accepted an offer of microchip of 19lpa. I feel I should have asked more as I am not good at negotiation and n introvert.

I got another offer of mastercard 17lpa.

Now less than a month remained for notice.

How shall I go past 20LPA?

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

I am historically a democrat. Voted for Obama. I voted for Trump once and will again. The policies democrats are pushing are still nuts. For example, protecting illegal immigrants (why? they are illegal - let’s be like Bill Clinton), “socialism” and more unsustainable programs is just not realistic, stealing firearms is also not right (two wrongs don’t make a right). It’s one thing to disagree on principles, but it’s something else to just be unrealistic in everything that makes them different.

I have an offer from PwC AC at 17 LPA fixed pay. Through with the interviews of Deloitte USI. Both positions are in Data and ML area.

I would like to know what you all have to say about these companies. Wlb is important for me. I know big4 are notorious for the same, but if I have to choose one, what would you suggest? Any other info on company culture in overall, any other benefits is also appreciated.
