Anyone from ZS who can help me with the interview process for Associate Consultant position at ZS within the Business Technology group?

Negotiating an offer from a large bank, they told me their compensation package was 90k base and 20-30k bonus for an associate position. I told them I had higher qualifications and experience than the role’s description and it would be an easier decision to make if the base offered was within 110k-150k. They said they would take my points into consideration before making their offer. That was 9 business days ago, should I reach out and ask when can I expect their formal offer?

but they “can’t find diverse talent” 😴

I don’t care what your title or position is, take 5 minutes to learn how to use PowerPoint, keynote, google slides or whatever presentation tool you are using at a basic level. If a presentation specialist or graphic designer has already created the deck, respect their time, use common sense and follow the rules established.

And for the art directors that have to concept, comp, do deck design and then clean it up again and again, major respect as well.

How is the lateral hiring process at Baird for analyst ?

I know agencies across the board did some layoffs right before the holidays, but when do we think hiring will pick up again? Getting to a point where I feel like I need to start thinking about a change.

Having trouble navigating salary for a top end plaintiffs law firm salary for senior associate position (2012 grad). Mainly handling class actions and MDLs. Just got an offer from a growing private company for an FP&A analyst role. 2 YOE at Big 4 plus CPA. They offered 75K plus decent benefits. No 401K currently (told its in the works for 2021) or bonus. Its their final offer. It’s a MCOL. I like the people I’ve met but the only thing holding me back is I feel like I should be making at least 80K plus a bonus. Do y’all think the offer is reasonable? The recruiter said not many companies hire someone directly from an audit background for this role.

Honest question, what's the difference between this and the memes bowl

I have a request for interim relief pending before the court filed last Tuesday. It usually takes 1-3 Business days for a disposition. It’s now going on the 5th business day. I want to reach out to the court to follow up but don’t know how to phrase it. We need it decided like today. Any suggestions? It’s also an appellate court so I’d just be contacting the clerks office now the judge/chambers itself.
