What’s the top/most recent books you’ve read on growth hacking and scaling an early stage startup?

Any suggestions (or books or articles) around taking startups from smaller (50-100) to the 300-500 range? Would love to read more about challenges that usually come up at this stage and how people navigate them. I just joined a series C and want to be prepared to navigate things.

I'm looking to pivot from consulting into tech. I've gotten lots of interesting from tech companies on the ops side but am much more interested in product management.

Will a good GMAT help me get an interview at MBB (thinking of applying 1-2 years out of UG)? UG GPA isn’t bad, but not up to MBB standards (went to a target school where MBB did on-campus interviews).

Has anyone tried getting a grad assistant job or a uni job to help make their MBA more affordable? If so, what universities are best at offering grad assistant/fellowship positions? I am thinking about applying in the next year or so and will have my CPA by then and was thinking of either doing a fellowship or doing part time CPA work to help me get thru school without debt.

I might (MIGHT) soon be in the fortunate position of deciding between a $170k~ TC position at Adobe (Solutions Architect, a pre-sales role) and a T10-T15 MBA.

Have interviewed with Haas, Ross, McCombs, Tuck, and Anderson for R2 and am also moving forward in the interview process with Abobe.
