I have an offer of 13 lpa fixed from Capgemini.
I cleared the interview in Genpact as well. I have already shared the existing offer details to HR. While discussing salary expectations, what should I share with HR ?
Any idea, for how much they can agree ?

Cctc - 8.5 lpa (incl. 45k variable)
Yeo - 4.8 years
Tech - Power Bi

I just got a new student who was placed in 6th grade. However, based on her age and schooling, she should be in 7th. I talked to her and she agrees. Have you ever advocated for a student to be placed in a differnt grade?

I'm holding an offer from MakeMyTrip and another offer from OlaElectric. Ninjacart is willing to make me an offer. But they're saying that they'd discuss the offer only after the other company that I'm interviewing with has come up with an offer first. There's been a delay from HRs of the companies in a similar way. How do I urge them to send me the offer letter without sounding pushy? I had reached out to some of the HRs myself. Would that be too awkward if I accept & back out their offer?

Hi all - I'm on a £100-110k base + bonus at a tier 2 firm. This is in the region where personal allowance for tax starts eroding away..
Wondering what options I have to make this as tax efficient as possible (legally), considering a salary sacrifice pension and student loan.
