Trianz offer is 32 LPA fixed CTC plus 1 Lac JB
Akkodis Group offer 34.5 (fixed + 5% variable) plus 1 Lac JB

Please suggest which company is good to stay longer employment growth

Akkodis group client name is Continent 8 but Trianz yet to confirm the client name

Can you be on more than one project at a time? Like if you have a project that only takes up like 10 hours a week, can you get onto another project to fill the remaining hours? I know your coach is supposed to be your project manager which is why I wonder if it’s maybe not allowed?
