I got selected in TCS and i rejected my offer letter. Will they consider me if i apply for any post in TCS after 1 or 2 years..??

We are expecting our first (also the first grandkid for both sides of the family) and our parents have done so much for us- is there a way to make them feel loved? A special grandparents gift?

I've worked for the same company for the last 10 years or so. Right out of the Marines, into logistics. I've handled operations since day one and I feel like I finally should move onto bigger & better things. I've handled a team of 200+ employees, more than 10 years experience and truly believe I can just do more. What should I be looking into ? What's next for me team?
