At the master level, I'd say around $75k. Might vary based on location and other factors, but that's probably a good baseline.

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.
