When talking about an offer as a Tech PM what should I expect for pay range, sign on bonus and stock? Can you negotiate for more or is this a flat offer? Also I hear if you 100% remote they also consider region in pay as well?

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

Why is people in the UK so reluctant to share compensation numbers in Glassdoor, LinkedIn Salaries, etc? Is it like a cultural thing?

Is it normal to not feel like you’re doing a good job? Partner is hot and cold. Most of the time he is fine, but overall I just feel like I am messing something up. 2nd year associate. I’m part of our firm’s professional development group and the junior associates have been pushing for a depo skills workshop. Someone suggested senior associates help put it together, which was ironic coming from a partner who never allows seniors the opportunity to take depos. Anyway, hoping to get a sense of whether we’re on par before meeting with the practice group chairs.

10th year partner at litigation defense firm. My billables are 2040 a year, with no time off. BD and associate training are non billable but required.

Bonuses are tied to procurement, but my partners will not give any for my files, or will make me share on cases I bring in. Recently, they have tried to keep me away from clients for fear I will steal them and quit.

I am waiting to hear back regarding a potential job with a big law firm. I first interviewed with a partner in early December, then had a block interview in early January. The position was for the LA office, and I subsequently expressed interest in the Chicago office. I’m still in regular contact with the recruiters and the first partner I interviewed with. Thinking of going back to my former in-house gig after being in corporate private practice for the last year and a half but its a situation where I wont have a good mentor to learn from. My wife is starting a full time job after 2 years. I’ve been paying all the expenses since we’ve been married. We each have our own separate accounts and a joint account. Her salary will be around $50-$75k. We agreed she needs to contribute to the expenses and I was thinking that starting off paying half the rent would be reasonable ($1,500). Maybe put that amount per month into the joint account and then she can do what she wants with the rest? Reasonable? How do others handle expenses?
