Is it too much to ask a home health company for someone to shadow/orient? I was just hired PRN and that was something I asked for during the hiring process and the recruiter agreed. Never heard back and it’s been several weeks yet keep getting texts from the schedule if office to see patients. Is this typical for home health or a red flag? I have only worked in SNF and acute so I am new to HH plus this company specializes in lymphedema therapy. I am a CLT but want just a little but of training.

What setting do you work in? How many years experience and what is your hourly wage? I have 10 years experience, and am a CLT and I was getting paid $25.93/hr in a SNF and I think I was getting low balled.
