What’s the salary range for an EVP in Chicago?

Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. I think I’m doing great, but that depends on the day and who I work with (no other writers by the way).

Can anyone share salary range advice for a Talent Sourcer/Senior Talent Sourcer please. Looking at entering interviews for Atlassian and Adobe but want to sure the compensation level is worth it before investing the time and would like to understand the market so I don’t undersell myself if I do go ahead. Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?
