I never really cared either way about it, however I feel like I’m at that point where you primarily make new friends through existing ones, and they are having children and making other “parent” friends. Anyone here have comorbid anxiety and/or depression? How did you know, and how do you manage it now? I think I might be struggling with one or both and I’m trying to figure out how to proceed.
