I have joining in Tiger as Data Engineer next month in AwS, I have heard that they put in training for two months and ask to take some certification, can someone please provide info what kind of test or certification is expected....?? Has anyone given such test??

He’s open to school, but that will only delay us further. Open to getting a cert.

Where do we go from here? What are some fields he could enter in with this experience? Or something with OTJ training?

If you were in a private company assistant controller position being offered $10k more to switch over to public and much better PTO days and fully remote as opposed to an in office position that I’m currently at in a Real estate growing company. How would you answer the question Why McKinsey in the Middle East in interviews?
To me, it does not seem straight-forward.
For instance, international staffing, McKinsey’s most distinctive feature does not really exist in the Middle East. Consultants must work in the Middle East first and can only work from time to time out of the region as opposed to other offices which are more open.

So, here it is. I was having joining on last week October as a senior analyst data science in Tiger Analytics. Today I got an call from HR that due to economic recession we are going to delay your date of joining by 2 months. My notice period was of 3 months. So total duration would be 5 months. Infact even after that too they didn't send me revised offer letter. There is something wrong with this company.
