I submitted my documents for background verification (BGV) at Accenture on December 24, 2024, but I haven’t received any update on my offer letter yet. Does anyone have an idea about how long it usually takes? Has anyone else faced a similar delay?

I am a proposal manager for federal consulting company. My base is low (112000) but I make up upto 50-70% of my base income with win bonuses. But I get the bonus only after the completion of one year of the base period of the contract. My question is -is this arrangement good or should I negotiate for higher base instead ?

Product team lead not trusting his design team to make design decisions, making unreasonable demands and putting undue pressure on us. Infact I request all of you to think in this direction we have so much energy and can do a lot instead of just Netflix and chill
