I have got a offer from TCS, hike given is approx 40 %.
Currently working in PwC AC, should i accept offer from Tcs or try for another offer.
Base salary in Tcs is on lower side even after getting hike. Also please suggest how much % quarterly bonus lateral hire can expect and do lateral hire get any % of hike in next appraisal cycle.

I’m wondering if a small legal department for a large company is more of a pro or con? On one hand I suspect it’s less organized, on the other it might be a great leadership opportunity. Any insight? Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?
