- Resigned from my current company with a 90-day notice.
- A new offer requires ~60 days of joining.
- Manager rejected early release twice.
- HR says buyout also needs manager approval.
- Manager asked not to follow up again and strictly follow 90 days.

Did anyone faced similar situation where the notice period was later reduced?

What should be my next step?

HR is really not helpful saying everything depends on the manager.

I can't even use my leaves to reduce notice period.
