Hi Fishies,

I am having a bit of dilema about which organisation to join.
Wipro - 20L Fixed +3L Variable
HCL - 21L fixed + 3L Variable + relocation allowance
Accenture - 22L fixed + 4L variable + relocation allowance

CCTC 16L,
YOE 5+,
Technology - Servicenow

Which one would be the better choice. Please suggest.

In HCL for 3L we have two variables
EPB and annual
EPB will get monthly based on quarterly rating
You will get only FULL EPB when you will get 10rating
Mostly you won’t get 10rating

My choose is ACCENTURE

With Accenture the position is technical lead, but initially it will be as a individual contributor.
