Sequencing- by making children act out the story in groups.

Create finger puppets with popsicle sticks and paper figures for the characters, then students have to create the important pieces of the story (setting and props) and retell it with a partner.

I typed it into Pinterest for you and there were so many ideas I couldn’t even begin to post them all just type it and you’ll have a wealth of resources

I’m fairly new to the game and didn’t take any risk off since November. Huge lesson learned, and even though I think the long term bear market continues, there should be a relief rally or fake bounce in the short term before the next leg down. Question: for playing Calls for the relief rally, the VIX is quite high rn so how far of a duration would you play? I didn’t short at all on the way down since I was observing and undertaking the dynamics here, but am ready to get in.

I went from $64k to $116k when I left a prestigious public policy job 4 years ago to become a defense contractor. Given what I know now about this industry, exit opportunities, and what it put me through, I seriously question if I made the wrong choice and/or undervalued myself. Lesson: be very careful about jumping into federal and defense contracting, *especially* with a small company.

Well it’s been heck of a week. Rejected from two start ups, but I guess after enough rejection, I just don’t feel for it anymore. Could be a good or a bad thing. Lesson learned though, I have been chasing payout of joining rather than sitting down and figuring out what I like to do and then focusing on opportunities in that area. This clearly isn’t a winning strategy, but I also haven’t been able to figure out what I like to do. Good luck out there peeps!

This is going to sound nuts. But, based on the close, here is the tip. LESSON: Check out where we closed on Friday and where we closed today. Same spot. Tip: Markets don't like to create a significant low or high on a Friday afternoons or Mondays. Very often they will trade their previous setup on Tuesday . . . Meaning, this sustained bullish trend can take us up to 3111.25 on a HWB Short or 3139.50 61.8% without blinking an eye. It's like the dip into lows never existed.

My sister graduates college soon, and I wanted to give her a heartfelt gift with some cash of course. I don’t have the money to buy her a designer purse or a vacation, I wish I did. I planned on writing her a letter with tips and life lessons I’ve learned like start investing as soon as possible, don’t worry about keeping up with the joneses, get out of your comfort zone, etc etc. I had a second thought that maybe this is narcissistic of me? Idk

What is a simple way to explain to my boyfriend that investing in equity with an expected return of 10% is better than paying off debt that is growing at a rate of 6%. He has student loans and is adamant that he wants to pay all of them off immediately before saving any retirement money. I understand that many individuals use this strategy but I think investing in index funds for the long haul is better from a wealth accumulation perspective, without even factoring in tax implications of 401k
